Pera-Bio Composite Hose was designed specifically for use when transferring alternative fuel sources such as bio-diesel and ethanol based formulas. Resistance is achieved by using unique films, tubes, and fabrics. This construction eliminates potential leaks without sacrificing flexibility, durability or safety. Typical applications include Rail Tanker, Fuel Delivery, In-Plant Service, and Ship to Shore.

Additional Specs

Tube: Seamless polypropylene tube with wraps of specially developed seamless tubes and films for bio diesel service.

Cover: Vinyl coated polyester. Abrasion, ozone and fire resistance.

Reinforcement: High-strength, high-density polyethylene woven fabric with internal and external galvanized spiral wires.

Temperature: -40°F to 180°F
